Are you living below your potential?

Image
Oh dear! This just dropped into my spirit and I’ll like to invite you into my thought process.  Are you living below your potential? Can you truly say that you are maximising all your gifts, talents, great abilities, resources, knowledge, network and your circle of influence to a greater capacity?  Why have you slowed down or paused living to your full potential? At what stage did you pitch a tent at a place of pain and hurt? What stopped you from truly living and not just existing? Hmmm, this is deep!

What’s on your mind?

Hello, are you good? Yes you! What has been on your mind? Or the question is how has your mind become like this? Well for some, their mind has really become so good and positive. They have grown, healed and become very optimistic about life. They have decided to live their lives with no apology. Experience has taught us to see how to perceive certain situations, what to expect from others or ourselves, and how to behave in different situations. For example, if most of our classroom experiences have been humiliating or unpleasant, we may enter a new classroom ready to fight and defend ourselves, or to be afraid. Culture inclines us to view some behaviours as positive and others as negative.  So it is extremely ...

Are you paying attention?

Each second, minute, hour and day, that passes, time is moving and waiting for no one. It keeps ticking silently but yet so loud. As each day passes by, the question for you and I is, are we positively growing or just remaining at the same spot or stage in life while time keeps flying by?
