It's all about love, EXCESS LOVE!

Oh yes, you read the title correctly, it's all about Excess love. I know it's not Valentine but lately I've been reminiscing about the love Jesus has for me and you. 

I've come to realise that this kind of love is all that you and I need in this world. Oh my, how we look for love in all the wrong places! Trying to impress people that we have no business impressing or putting up a show. 

Have you experienced hate, rejection, abuse or has life been cruel to you? If yes, this post is for you. In a world, where constant lie and deception is slowly becoming the order of the day. Loyalty and faithfulness is slowly becoming extinct.
To sum it all up, the human nature is taking the lead. Many are suffering and smiling, winning and losing some battles, and taking a punch of pain in their hearts after each breathe. I wonder what that feels like! There are so many hopes and aspirations that are yet to be unraveled. 

We are in the second half of this year 2018 and so many events have played out in everyone's lives - some good and some bad. 

There is no way there will not be questions in our hearts but here is the crux of this post. Please be reminded or informed that there is someone that sticks closer than a brother. There is someone that knows you in a very deep way. There is someone that wants to walk each day of this life with you. He is madly in love with you, I mean excessively in love with you. He loves you so much that it hurts. His kind of love is very hard to find. He loves you just the way you are because he always sees you in your best self no matter how entangled you might currently be. This kind of love is a true love, genuine, trustworthy, patient, kind and awesome. He loves you so much that he actually DIED for you to have an abundant life all day everyday through life's ups and downs. He wants to have a relationship with you. 

Now, I recently discovered that what God is truly looking for, is a very close relationship with you and I. He is madly and jealously in love with us that he wants to take the first place in our lives. As a result, he can allow some things to happen in our lives, that will make us draw to him and seek him like never before. He wants us to be transformed to his image. 

I came to realise that nobody else on this planet earth should be worth my living for, except for Jesus Christ. If you've lived long enough, you'll realise that man has limitations. They'll walk with you to a particular extent and when they get tired, they'll leave but Jesus is the only one that sticks closer than a brother. He is ever present! You'll have noticed his presence if you're sensitive. 

This song, only Jesus deserves all our praise, only Jesus deserves all our praise; is a very deep song that has deep meanings to those that understand it. For me to live is Christ ... As long as there is breath in you and I, our living should be to walk with Jesus on this journey of life. 

If you've never invited Jesus to be your lord and saviour, I congratulate you. (Please silence all the noise in your head and invite Jesus into your life. Talk to him and express yourself to him.) Please let me know if you've invited Jesus into your life. I'll love to rejoice with you. 

 If you're already born again but do not fully understand the love of God, I hope this post has enlightened you. Please don't ever forget it, you are loved excessively by Jesus. Stay blessed!

Come on people, let's talk! You know while watching Bisi Olatilo show, I saw people dancing and celebrating as a man and a woman were joined together in holy matrimony! People congratulated them, they both danced and you know during the traditional engagement - they told the man to wave bye bye to all the single ladies! I wish that was easy as it looked!!!! Hmmm! You know from my own experience; if you've ever been privileged to do the traditional engagement you'll discover that everything you do there is symbolical of the virtues you need to embrace in marriage! Think about it! So back to the men - have you discovered that most marriage troubles stem from the man?

Hello there, this question popped up in my head while I was going through life journey. In this life many things define many people, things like money, family name and inheritance, marital status (does your marriage define you?) becoming a parent (does your children define who you are), the colour of your skin and on and on the list goes. The question is if you're stripped of all of these things, would you still have an identity?
