The family is under attack!

https://www.irishfamilyhistorycentre.com/

Oh my my my! Dear reader, I don't know if you can relate to this topic. I know that the family is under attack from my personal experience and from my careful observation of so many homes and families all around the world.

There are so many darts and arrows that are thrown to completely destroy the family unit. These arrows include selfishness, sickness, lack of true love for God, lack of money, social media addictions, distance, pornography, domestic abuse, death or loss of a loved one, barrenness, infidelity, drugs, alcohol, being overly ruled by emotions etc.

It pains my heart to see the number of single parents, particularly single mothers rise year after year because there is simply no other option. Children growing up in a fatherless home is on the increase and I perfectly understand why. Hmmm! Forget about the Make-up and all the nice pictures you see because it truly hides the true state of what people are going through.

Deep hurt, lies and betrayal is on the rampage. I want to use this forum to encourage all the women that are going through one thing or the other. Be encouraged!!! I just feel a need to encourage you and by all means Men too. Be strong in the Lord.

You know sometimes when we are faced with a particular challenge in the home, we are quick to say 'it is his/her fault' but we fail to realise that we need to face this challenge collectively as a family.

So as this year is gradually rolling by, please continue to look  unto Jesus at all times.

“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Hebrews 12:2 KJV

It's a big struggle my dear but keep fighting the good fight of faith.

Here's another scripture that will help you and I:

“And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to follow Me [as My disciple], he must deny himself [set aside selfish interests], and take up his cross daily [expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come] and follow Me [believing in Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me].”
LUKE 9:23 AMP

Remember, I luh you 😍😍😍!
